​Chamille Weddington
Education: Master of Arts, Marketing and Arts Administration from Columbia College Career: Full-time faculty member of Columbia College and a member of the Student Care & Advising Committee. Also formerly as a substitute instructor with the Chicago Public Schools. She is co-founder of LiveVine Works, a non-profit organization that teaches teens the arts and sciences through dynamic job and service learning programs. She is founder of Out the Box Promotions, a consulting agency which specializes in promotion conceptualization, management and execution. With over 20 years of experience in marketing for entertainment and consumer promotions, Chamille was previously an account and project manager for local and worldwide advertising agencies where she managed corporate accounts.

Ellen Rozelle Turner, sales and marketing experience. She has serviced both government and 
Fortune 500 clients. Before founding TWEG, Ms. Turner was the president of Blackwell Consulting Services, one of the largest minority-owned technology consulting firms in the United States. Ms. Turner is committed to community service and currently serves as Chairman of the Board of Directors for Circle Urban Ministries (www.circleurban.org). Amongst her honors is the prestigious Anti-Defamation League's Women of Achievement award, the NFBPA Corporate Leadership Award, the University of Illinois-Chicago Leadership Award and the President's Award from Blackwell Consulting Services.

Rev. Cheryl Lynn McDonald James 
Rev. Cheryl is a native of Chicago’s Westside Community, and currently resides in Merrillville, IN. In April, 1998 at Greater Union Baptist 
Church of Chicago, IL under the then pastorate of Rev. Dr. Walter A. McCray, Rev. Cheryl became the first woman to preach an 11am Sunday service in the church’s 97 year history. Her sermon entitled “Giving Up, But Gaining More.” Rev. Cheryl attended Bishop College in Dallas, TX from 1977-1979. She holds BA and MSW degrees both bestowed by Indiana University Northwest Gary, IN. She is employed with The Crisis Center INC., as a Mental Health Counselor; working to improve and enhance the psychological and emotional functioning of those individuals and families in need.Women Who Rock!
